Jira is supported out of the box. Can also run as an extension to ChaRM.

    Install TickSys

    TickSys is an ABAP package for ticketing system integration, written by the Safe TMS team. It can be easily installed with abapGit and configuration is straight forward.

    Implement ticketing system API

    Following the documentation of TickSys, your ABAP team will create a new Z-Class and implement a few methods to call API's of your ticketing system.

    Tightly integrated with TickSys, Safe TMS will interact with your ticketing system for transportable ticket detection, request mapping, pre-transport checks and post-transport updates.
